I need my order in a hurry. Can you help?
  We offer expedited shipping options directly from our Website. Please note we must receive your request for expedited shipping prior to 2:00 pm CST, and all expedited orders are subject to product availability. Please provide a daytime phone number where you can be reached should we need to contact you.

Please note that FedEx and UPS do not pick up from us or deliver to you on weekends and major holidays. Saturday delivery is available in some locations for an additional fee. If you require Saturday delivery, you must call us at (800) 642-1288 to make special arrangements as this special service is not available for orders placed online, and is not available in all areas.

Please also be aware that FedEx and UPS do not guarantee morning delivery in all areas. You should contact your local FedEx or UPS office for information on guaranteed delivery times to your location.

Due to the high incidence of mail order fraud, we cannot initiate a signature release for shipments. As many of our shipments require an adult signature, we highly recommend you have your order shipped to a location where someone will be available to sign for it.

Please be advised FedEx and UPS will not issue refunds on shipping charges if delivery of your order is delayed due to inclement weather.
Is ordering from your Website safe?
  Yes. Our Website uses data encryption provided by Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL technology prevents unauthorized parties from reading the information you send and receive.
How can I tell your Website is secure?
  Our Website is secured by Volusion SSL which utilizes 128-bit SSL and offers the highest level of encryption or security possible to keep your information secure and protected. When you are on a secured checkout page you will see https:// in the address line of your browser. This means you can rest assured that communication between your browser and our site's Web servers are private and secure.
Can I place my order by telephone?
  Yes, you can place your order by phone. You can call us toll free at (800) 642-1288, but remember that some of our great online specials are not available for orders place by telephone.
Why don't I get your special Website prices if I call you with my order?
  We are a real bricks-and-mortar store. Murphy's Law dictates that our phones are the busiest when we have a long line of customers waiting in the store. To encourage customers to place their orders online instead of calling them in, we began offering discounted prices on our more popular items - only for orders placed online. Please note that orders placed on our secure Website receive priority over telephone orders, and are processed first.
How can I pay for my order?
  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express online. If you prefer, you can mail us a check or money order. See information on mail orders below.
Can I pay with a purchase order?
  We accept purchase orders from government agencies, educational institutions and customers with approved, open credit lines only. Purchase orders must be faxed to us at (913) 393-3204. Please indicate a contact person's name and phone number, and include shipping charges on the purchase order.

To open a credit line, we require three credit references and one bank reference. You can fax the information to us at (913) 393-3204. It takes approximately one week for the approval process as we must wait for your references to respond to our requests for information. Please provide a contact name and phone number so that we can contact you once your credit has been approved. If you have any questions, please call us at (800) 642-1288.

Can I pay with a check?
  To pay with a check or money order by mail, please send your order to Bookmark Inc, 1445 N Winchester, Olathe, KS 66061. Please use our Website to calculate your shipping charges, or call us at (800) 642-1288 for shipping charges before mailing your check. Can you ship my order COD?
  We regret that we are unable to ship COD.
Can I fax my order?
  Yes, orders can be faxed to us at (913) 393-3204. For your convenience, you can download and print our order form. Please include applicable shipping charges on your faxed order. Shipping charges can be calculated from our Website, or you can call us at (800) 642-1288 and we will calculate your shipping charges for you. Please note that we do not accept international orders via fax.
Do you charge sales tax?
  We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to Kansas addresses. Orders shipped outside of Kansas are not charged sales tax.
What is the charge for shipping?
  Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the weight of the products being shipped and their destination. This information comes directly from the shipping carriers' Websites. To calculate the shipping charges for your order prior to completing your order, add the items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page. You can enter your state and zip code to receive your shipping options and the associated costs of each method prior to completing your order.

When will my order ship?
  Orders are generally shipped within one business day. Ground shipping takes from one to six business days, depending on your location. We work hard to keep adequate quantities on hand so that every item ordered is in stock. However, publishers occasionally run out of stock, or items are backordered. If an order will be delayed for an extended period we will attempt to contact you at the phone number you provided on your order, or via email. If you are in a hurry to receive your order, please call us at (800) 642-1288, and we can give you a more accurate estimation of when you can expect your order to arrive. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation at the email address you provided .
