Many states, cities and counties will adopt a model code, such as the International Building Code, "as is" with no changes or amendments. Other states will modify a model code, or create their own code. We stock a wide selection of state codes, including the California Building Codes, Florida Building Codes, New York Building Codes, New Jersey Building Codes, Georgia Building Codes, North Carolina Building Codes, Arkansas Building Codes, and many more.
Arkansas Codes California Building Codes
The Arkansas Building Code Series consists of the 1995 Arkansas Gas Code, the three-volume set of the 2002 Arkansas Fire Prevention Code, the 2004 Arkansas Energy Code, the 2003 Arkansas Mechanical Code and 2003 Arkansas Plumbing Code. The 2006 Arkansas Plumbing Code, 2006 Arkansas Fuel Gas Code, and 2007 Arkansas Fire Prevention Code Rules are now available.
The 2007 California Codes are now available. There are a total of eleven titles in this collection, and they are the first building code updates for California since 1997. Included with each title is a free subscription service for all state updates and supplements. The 2007 California Codes have an effective date of January 2008. Earlier editions of the California Building Code and other portions of Title 24 are still available.
City of Houston Building Codes City of Los Angeles Building Code
City of Houston Building Code amendments include the Houston Building Code, Houston Residential Code, Houston Fire Code, Houston Mechanical Code, and Houston Electrical Code.
The City of Los Angeles Building Code is based on the 2007 California Building Code and the 2006 International Building Code. It consists of the 2008 Los Angeles Amendments packet, two City of Los Angeles binders, and the text of the 2007 California Building Code. The code is available as a complete set, or as individual components.
City of Phoenix Building Codes Connecticut Building Codes
The City of Phoenix codes include the Phoenix Building Construction Code Administrative Provisions, City of Phoenix Existing Building Code, City of Phoenix Fire Code, and City of Phoenix Amendments to the International Codes. The City of Phoenix Amendments to the 2006 International Codes, and the 2006 Supplement to the City of Phoenix Building Construction Code are now available.
We stock the Residential, Building and Fire Code portions of the 2005 State Building Code for the State of Connecticut.
County of Los Angeles Building Codes Florida Building Codes
The County of Los Angeles Fire Code is based on the 2007 California Fire Code and the 2006 International Fire Code. It consists of the 2008 County of Los Angeles Amendments packet, a County of Los Angeles binder, and the text of the 2007 California Fire Code. The code is available as a complete set, or as individual components. The 2008 County of Los Angeles Building Code is based on the 2007 California Building Code. It consists of the 2008 County of Los Angeles Amendments packet, a County of Los Angeles binder, and the text of the 2007 California Building Code. This code is also available as a complete set, or as individual components.
The Florida Building Code is part of the set of Florida Codes. For 2001, the complete set includes the Florida Building Code, the Florida Test Protocols for High Wind/Hurricane Zones, the Florida Plumbing Code, Florida Mechanical Code and Florida Fuel Gas Code. For 2004 and 2007, the series also includes the new Florida Residential Code, Florida Existing Buildings Code and the Florida Fire Prevention Code. The Florida Building Code can be purchased individually, or as part of a set. Please note that your purchase of the 2001 Florida Building Code also includes the Test Protocols for High Wind/Hurricane Zones, while the 2004 and 2007 editions do not. All codes are available in looseleaf format with binders. The 2007 Florida Building Code Series is now available.
Georgia Building Codes Indiana Building Codes
The Georgia Building Code Series consists of the Georgia Building Code, Georgia Residential Code, Georgia Fire Code, Georgia Energy Code, Georgia Gas Code, Georgia Mechanical Code, and Georgia Plumbing Code, which are based on the International Codes. The Georgia Electrical Code is based on the National Electrical Code. Georgia has now adopted International Codes with Amendments.
Indiana Building Code amendments now available include the Indiana Building Code, Indiana Fire Code, Indiana Electrical Code, Indiana Plumbing Code, Indiana Mechanical Code, Indiana Residential Code, Indiana Fuel Gas Code, Indiana Elevator, Indiana Chapter 11 Fair Housing and Accessibility, and Indiana General Administrative Rules.
Kentucky Building Codes Louisiana Building Codes
The 2007 editions of the Kentucky Building Code and Kentucky Residential Code consist of the 2006 editions of the International Builidng Code and International Residential Code, respectively, and Kentucky amendments. The 2002 Kentucky Residential Code and the 2002 Kentucky Building Code are still available.
The Louisiana Plumbing Code is now available. The State of Louisiana has adopted several 2003 International Codes. Click here for more information.
Massachusetts Building Codes Michigan Building Codes
The Massachusetts Building Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings is based on the 2003 International Residential Code.
The Michigan Building Code Series consists of the Michigan Building Code, Michigan Residential Code, Michigan Plumbing Code, Michigan Mechanical Code and Michigan Rehabilitation Code for Existing Buildings. All are available in softcover editions.
Minnesota Building Codes New Jersey Building Codes
The Minnesota State Accessibility Code, Chapter 1341; Minnesota State Building Code, Chapter 1305; Minnesota State Residential Code, Chapter 1309; Minnesota State Fire Code; Minnesota State Mechanical, Fuel Gas and Plumbing Code; and Minnesota State Building Conservation Code are now available.
The 2006 New Jersey Codes are here! The 2006 New Jersey Building Code, 2006 New Jersey Residential Code, and 2006 New Jersey Energy Conservation Code are now in stock for immediate delivery. These codes are also available on CD-ROM. The 2003 editions are still available.
New York Building Codes North Carolina Building Codes
The New York Building Code Series includes the New York Building Code, Residential Code, Property Maintenance Code, Plumbing Code, Mechanical Code, Fire Code, Energy Conservation Code, Existing Building and Fuel Gas Codes. The 2002 and 2007 editions are available. The 2008 New York City Construction Codes are also available, as are the New York City Electrical Code editions for 2004 and 2007.
The North Carolina Building Code Series consists of the following North Carolina codes: Building, Residential, Fuel Gas, Fire Prevention, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Administrative, Accessibility, Manufactured Housing, and Energy codes. The 2009 North Carolina Building Code Series, 2006 North Carolina Building Code Series and 2002 are available.
Ohio Building Codes Oregon Structural Specialty Codes
The Ohio Building Code Series consists of the Ohio Building Code, Ohio Residential Code, Ohio Fire Code, Ohio Plumbing Code, and Ohio Mechanical Code. The new 2007, 2006 and 2005 editions are in stock, as well as some older editions.
Oregon Structural Specialty Codes include the Oregon Mechanical Code as well as amendments to the International Building Code, International Residential Code, and International Fire Code. New for 2007 are the 2007 Oregon Fire Code, 2007 Oregon Structural Specialty Code, and the 2007 Oregon Mechanical Specialty Code.
Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code Seattle Building Codes
The State of Pennsylvania has adopted the 2006 International Codes. The 2006 International Code Series includes the Building, Residential, Fire, Existing Building, Plumbing, Mechanical, Fuel Gas, Energy Conservation, International Code Council Electrical Code Administrative Provisions, Private Sewage Disposal, Property Maintenance, Zoning, Urban-Wildland Interface, and the International Code Council Performance Code for Buildings and Facilities.
The City of Seattle Building Code and City of Seattle Fire Code are now available. We also stock the Seattle Mechanical Code and Seattle Residential Code Amendments.
Utah Codes Vermont Building Codes
2006 Utah Wildland-Urban Interface Code is intended to mitigate the hazard of fires through provisions that protect the public health, safety and welfare.
The 2005 Vermont Guidelines for Energy Efficient Commercial Construction is an excerpt of the energy provisions from the 2004 Supplement to the International Energy Conservation Code amended to suit Vermont's climate and special needs.
Virginia Building Codes Washington State Building Codes
The Virginia Building Code Series consists of the 2006 Virginia Building Code, 2006 Virginia Residential Code, 2006 Virginia Fire Code, 2006 Virginia Mechanical Code, 2006 Virginia Fuel Gas Code, 2006 Virginia Plumbing Code, 2006 Virginia Energy Conservation Code, 2006 Virginia Existing Building Code, and 2006 Virginia Regulations. The codes are available in your choice of looseleaf or softcover editions.
