About the Author
Howard C. Massey is a recognized expert on the plumbing codes, the author of several successful plumbing manuals, and an instructor of plumbing principles.
Like most plumbers, Mr. Massey started out as an apprentice. He progressed to journey- man, master plumber, then operator of his own plumbing contracting business.
