This procedure uses the CLF/CLTD method for cooling load calculations The attributes, capabilities and sensitivities of this procedure fully comply with the requirements of the ANSI-recognized ASHRAE/ACCA Standard 183-2007 — Peak Cooling and Heating Load Calculations, in Buildings Except Low-Rise Residential Buildings. The full version of Edition Five of Manual N (N5) profoundly upgrades the capabilities and sensitivities of the previous edition and provides an abridged version (N5AE that supports hand calculations for a subset of N5 applications and procedures.
