About the Authors
Bruce A. Black has been on the faculty of the electrical and computer engineering department at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana, since 1983.
Philip S. DiPiazza has more than forty years of R&D experience, primarily at Bell Laboratories.
Bruce A. Ferguson is currently a communication system engineer with Northrop Grumman Space Technology.
David R. Voltmer is professor emeritus of electrical and computer engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana.
Frederick C. Berry is a professor and head of the electrical and computer engineering department at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
