Guidelines for Seismic Evaluation and Rehabilitation of Tilt-Up Buildings and Other Rigid Wall/Flexible Diaphragm Structures provides guidelines for the evaluation of seismic vulnerability and for implementing measures intended to reduce the risk of death or injury and to reduce damage that might otherwise result from an earthquake. These principles and guidelines are applicable to rigid wall/flexible diaphragm structures as well as tilt-up buildings.
