Jim Frane has had more than 30 years experience in all phases and types of construction, from home improvement and security system installation to building power plants, aerospace launch facilities, chemical plants and refineries, mining facilities, pipeline systems, and working on environmental cleanup projects. His varied knowledge and skills in the construction industry have provided him with the background needed for taking on the enormous task of writing a construction dictionary. Mr. Frane holds an engineering degree and professional environmental and engineering licenses. He has published more than two dozen technical articles, and this is his second book. |
