2007 New York State Building Code. Based on the 2003 International Building Code, this publication features time-tested safety concepts, updated means of egress and interior finish requirements, comprehensive roof provisions, seismic engineering provisions, innovative construction technology, revamped structural provisions, reorganized occupancy classifications, and the latest industry standards in material design.

2007 New York State Residential Code. Based on the 2003 International Residential Code, this publication has been updated to reflect the latest technological advances in building design and construction. This code also contains plumbing, mechanical and fuel gas provisions that coordinate with the Plumbing Code, Mechanical Code and Fuel Gas Code.

2007 New York State Fire Code.
