We offer a complete selection of building codes and standards, including the International Building Code Series; NFPA's Codes and Standards, such as the National Electical Code (NFPA 70); the IAPMO Uniform Codes; many state and local codes; as well as older editions of other national codes, including the National Building Code by BOCA, the Standard Building Code by SBCCI, and the Uniform Building Code by ICBO.
International Codes NFPA Codes and Standards
The International Codes are published by the International Code Council, and replace those building codes previously published by  ICBO, BOCA and SBCCI. They are published every three years, with the most current edition being the 2006 International Building Code Series.
NFPA codes and standards available include the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70), Life Safety Code (NFPA 101), National Fire Alarm Code (NFPA 72), National Fuel Gas Code (NFPA 54), National LP-Gas Code (NFPA 58), the Uniform Fire Code (NFPA 1), and many more. We have many editions to choose from.
State Codes Underwriters Laboratories, Inc
State Codes include the Florida Building Codes, New York Building Codes, California Building Codes, Michigan Building Codes, Indiana Building Codes, Georgia Building Codes, North Carolina Building Codes, and many more.
The UL Fire Resistance Design Directory is updated annually by Underwriter's Laboratories. We also stock the UL Referenced Standards, which include those UL standards that are referenced in the International Codes.
Uniform Codes (IAPMO) Uniform Codes (ICBO)
The IAPMO Uniform Codes are published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials and consist of the Uniform Plumbing Code and the Uniform Mechanical Code.  Also available are the codes on CD-ROM, study guides, code cards, and tabs.
The Uniform Building Code from ICBO is still available. Other Uniform Codes include the Uniform Mechanical Code, Uniform Zoning Code, and more. These codes were last published in 1997 and have been replaced by the International Codes Series.
AISC Steel Construction Manual American Concrete Institute (ACI)
The new 13th edition of the AISC Steel Construction Manual is now available. This new edition replaces both the Manual of Steel Construction ASD, 9th Edition, and the Manual of Steel Construction LRFD, 3rd Edition.
Concrete and masonry codes available from ACI include ACI 318 Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete and ACI 530 Building Code Requirements for Masonry Structures. In addition to the current 2008 editions, we also stock the 2005, 2002 and 1999 edition.
American Forest and Paper Association, and American Wood Council ASCE 7 Minumum Design Loads
The latest National Design Specification for Wood Construction is now available. We also stock the LRFD for Engineered Wood Construction and the Wood Frame Construction Manual.
The latest edition of ASCE 7 Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Other Structures is the 2005 edition. We also stock the 1998 and 2002 editions of this important reference.
ASTM Codes and Standards CABO Codes from the Council of American Building Officials
The ASTM Referenced Standards include those ASTM standards that are referenced in the International Building Code. We have the ASTM Referenced Standards for both the 2000 and 2003 International Codes.
CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code and CABO Model Energy Code are published by the Council of American Building Officials. These codes have been updated to the new International Codes Series, which includes the International Residential Code and the International Energy Conservation Code.
National Building Code Series from BOCA Standard Building Code Series from SBCCI
The National Building Code Series from Building Officials and Code Administrators International (BOCA) includes the National Building Code and the National Fire Prevention Code. These codes were replaced by the International Codes Series, published by the International Code Council.
The Standard Building Codes Series is published by Southern Building Code Congress International, Inc. The last editions were published in 1999, and have been replaced by the International Codes Series.
Building Codes Electrical Codes
With a wide range of building codes available you can find what you are looking for from city and state codes, to the International and Uniform Codes, to the Standard, CABO, and BOCA National Building Codes. We carry older codes as well as the newest, most current building codes.
Electrical codes available here include NFPA's National Electrical Code (NEC) as well as many state electrical codes, such as the California Electrical Code.
Energy Codes Fire Codes
Energy codes include the International Energy Conservation Code, as well as many state energy codes, including the California Energy Code, North Carolina Energy Code, New York Energy Conservation Code, and more.
Fire codes include the International Fire Code, Uniform Fire Code, as well as many state fire codes, such as the Florida Fire Prevention Code, California Fire Code, New York Fire Code, and more.
Fuel Gas Codes Mechanical Codes
Fuel Gas Codes include the International Fuel Gas Code, National Fuel Gas Code, Florida Fuel Gas Code, New York Fuel Gas Code, and more.
Mechanical codes available include the International Mechanical Code, Uniform Mechanical Code, Florida Mechanical Code, California Mechanical Code, New York Mechanical Code, North Carolina Mechanical Code, Michigan Mechanical Code, and more.
Plumbing Codes Residential Codes
Plumbing codes include the International Plumbing Code, Uniform Plumbing Code, California Plumbing Code, Florida Plumbing Code, New York Plumbing Code, North Carolina Plumbing Code, and many more.
Residential codes include the International Residential Code, as well as many state and local residential codes, such as the new Florida Residential Code, North Carolina Residential Code, New York Residential Code, Michigan Residential Code, and many more.
Our Codes section includes the new International Codes series published by the International Code Council. This new series brings together the expertise of the three largest building codes organizations: the International Conference of Building Official, Building Officials and Code Administrators International, and the Southern Building Code Congress International. These three organizations have joined together to publish a complete set of codes that can be used throughout the United States. If your state publishes its own code or amends an International Code, check out our State Codes section for information. We stock a wide selection of state codes, including the Michigan Building Code and the Ohio Building Code.
