The 2010 Oregon Energy Efficiency Specialty Code applies to both residential and commercial buildings designed and constructed under the 2010 Oregon Structural Specialty Code. It regulates the design and construction of buildings for the effective use of energy, and is intended to provide flexibility to permit the use of innovative approaches and techniques to achieve the effective use of energy.
