The 2008 County of Los Angeles Fire Code is based on the 2007 California Fire Code and the 2006 International Fire Code.
The 2008 County of Los Angeles Fire Code (Amendments and Los Angeles County Binder) includes only the 2008 County of Los Angeles Amendments to the 2007 California Fire Code text and a custom binder.
To use this code, begin with a looseleaf copy of the 2007 California Fire Code, and substitute the County of Los Angeles amendment pages as indicated. This will give you a complete 2008 County of Los Angeles Fire Code in correct numerical sequence. We highly recommend that you retain the original 2007 California Fire Code pages that have been removed and replaced by County of Los Angeles amended text for possible future reference.
