2006 North Carolina Administrative Code and Policies. This code is a looseleaf edition, and includes a custom binder.
The purpose of the 2006 North Carolina Administrative Code and Policies is to provide for the administration and enforcement of the North Carolina State Building Codes as adopted by the Building Code Council and enforced by State and local code enforcement officials. This code is incorporated by reference into the North Carolina Building, Accessibility, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Prevention, Fuel Gas, Energy, Existing Buildings, Rehabilitation, and Residential Codes. This code is intended to provide for the administrative aspects of each of these codes.
