| The Connecticut Building Code consists of the 2003 International Building Code and the State of Connecticut amendments, additions, deletions and modifications fully integrated in a perfect bound format.
From the Preface
The intent of this document is to provide the user of the 2005 Connecticut Building Code with a guidebook that incorporates the 2005 Connecticut amendments, additions and deletions into the language of the 2003 International Building Code. The officially adopted 2005 Connecticut Building Code consists of the regulation designated Section 29-252-1d, together with all referenced codes and standards, collectively known as the State Building Code - 2005 Connecticut Supplement adopted by the Commissioner of Public Safety under authority of Section 29-252 of the Connecticut General Statutes. The effective date of the regulation is December 31, 2005, and it shall apply to all building permits applied for on or after that date. |
