The 2003 Michigan Rehabilitation Code for Existing Buildings adopts and amends the 2003 International Existing Building Code, including Appendix A and Resource A, as provided in MCL 24.232, with the exception of Sections 104.8, 108.2 through 108.6, 112.2, 112.3, 114.3, 506.1.1 through 506.2, and 1004.1.1 through 1004.1.5, and as otherwise noted. |
