| Replacing the CABO One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code, this document has been updated to reflect the latest technological advances in building design and construction and is a companion to the International Building Code. Among the technical changes are new provisions for prescriptive steel framing and energy criteria. This code also contains mechanical, fuel gas and plumbing provisions that coordinate with the International Mechanical Code, International Fuel Gas Code and International Plumbing Code.
